MANGALORE, INDIA: May 22: Rescue personnel, volunteers and onlookers are seen at the crash site of an Air India Boeing 737-800 aircraft which nose-dived upon landing in Mangalore, killing 158 people. A Court of Inquiry investigation concluded that the Air India pilot Zlatko Glusica was asleep when the plane started to descend.
